I was so unsure about sleep training, but heard amazing things about Sarah. I’m SO glad we went for it. When we started my son was waking every 1-2 hours and needing nursed back to sleep, not napping and miserable. By day two, with the advice she gave us, he could already soothe himself to sleep within 5 minutes and minimal tears. He now sleeps 11-13 hours a night and only wakes once to feed! What a difference, our house is a much happier place to be!

We just completed a week of sleep training with Sarah. I could not be more impressed! My daughter is 11 months old and was still waking up every 2 hours and I would have to nurse her back to sleep. It was getting exhausting and she was only napping once a day. Within 2 days of starting sleep training she was taking 2 solid naps and sleeps 12 hours a night with no crying. Our bedtime routine is so simple and short and I now can just lay her down and she goes to sleep on her own instantly. Sarah used the word magical in her consultation, what she has helped us accomplish truly is magical. I am finally getting sleep again and our daughter is so happy. I highly recommend sleep training with Sarah

Each child is different, but with Sarah's knowledge and guidance our baby was solidly napping by Day 2, and her nights soon followed!
After our 2 week sleep training I have noticed a huge change in my baby girl! She is happy and not sleep deprived.
And her sleep guides are also so benifitial! I purchased the Newborn sleep guide before our daughter was born and that was very helpful as new parents. It helped us navigate through the chaos of not knowing what to do.

We are SO grateful for Sarah’s help when we were in such a desperate state for sleep! Our son was up at least every hour, couldn’t be put down for naps and it felt like all I did was try to rock my fussy baby to sleep. We started when he was 5.5 months old and it was life changing! He now goes down within minutes, is having long naps and will sleep through the night if not will be up for only one feed. I can’t recommend doing the sleep training enough, you will never regret getting more sleep and feeling like a new person!
